When you order any service online, you will provide credit card information. Once the service is complete and you're satisfied with the results, the credit card on file will be charged and payment will be sent to the contractor. All services completed and paid through Guaranteed Services’s platform are insured and covered by Guaranteed Services's Satisfaction Guarantee. Any payments made by you directly to the contractor and/or services performed by the contractor are not guaranteed and are assumed at your own risk.
If you aren't satisfied with the quality of work your contractor performs, we'll give the contractor a chance to make it right. If you still aren't satisfied, we'll ask a different contractor to do the job and if that hasn't made you happy, we'll refund your money. Yes. We require all of our contractors to carry both General Liability and Occupational Accidental insurance policies.
After each service, we will send you an email to review and approve of the work performed. You will have 2 days to approve or reject the work, and if we don’t hear from you within two days, we’ll assume you are happy and auto-approve the work. Upon approval, your card will be charged and payment will be sent to your contractor.
Yes. Guaranteed Services cares about our customers’ privacy, and we use industry-certified 256-bit encryption to protect your data against theft and fraud.

Yes. We require all of our contractors to have a smartphone. All your work for Guaranteed Services will be done through the Guaranteed Services for Contractors smartphone app. Available for Android and iPhone.
No. The properties you receive from Guaranteed Services have been ordered by real homeowners, property managers and commercial facility managers who need our services.
Nothing. Guaranteed Services collects a small percentage from the price the customer pays. We never charge our contractors to use our service. Guaranteed Services helps you manage bidding, marketing, sales, scheduling, communications, auditing, billing, and collections without any upfront cost.
Payments for completed jobs are automatically deposited into your account every two weeks.
Yes. Guaranteed Services cares that you and your work are protected while performing any services for Guaranteed Services. If you do not have work insurance, Guaranteed Services will provide both General Liability and Occupational Accidental insurance policies for a per-service fee.
