- Scope of Services
Guaranteed Services LLC provides:
- Permit preparation, coordination, and submission
- Document gathering and administrative assistance
- Communication with municipalities on your behalf
- Referral and coordination with partnered installers (as applicable)
We do not provide:
- Installation services
- Construction or physical labor
- Financing, insurance advising, or legal services
- Engineering, architectural, or contracting services unless otherwise stated
Our responsibility is strictly administrative and documentation-related.
- Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide complete, accurate, and timely project information
- Submit all required documents
- Ensure that your installer/contractor is licensed and authorized for the job
- Review all applications before signing
- Pay all associated permit fees, inspection fees, or municipal charges
We are not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or incorrect information.
- Limitation of Liability
Guaranteed Services LLC is not responsible for:
- Installer performance or workmanship
- Inspection failures
- Structural or installation defects
- Insurance claims or disputes
- Unapproved design changes
- Municipal delays, denials, or processing times
- Errors caused by incorrect information provided by the client
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the administrative service provided.
- Payments & Refunds
All payments for permitting and administrative services are final once work begins.
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Agency or city delays
- Denied permits
- Client changes after submission
- Contractor or installer issues
- Document Submission & Authorization
By signing electronically or in writing, you authorize Guaranteed Services LLC to:
- Prepare and submit permit applications
- Communicate with city/county departments
- Upload documents on your behalf
- Coordinate with installers and service partners when applicable
- No Professional Advice Disclaimer
Guaranteed Services LLC does not provide:
- Legal advice
- Insurance advice
- Engineering or architectural guidance
- Construction services
All decisions regarding installation, design, safety, or compliance must be made by a licensed contractor, engineer, or relevant professional.
- Website Use Terms
When using our website, you agree not to:
- Engage in unlawful activity
- Upload harmful or malicious code
- Attempt unauthorized access to our systems
- Copy or redistribute our content without permission

We may terminate services if:

- Payments are not made
- Cooperation is not maintained
You may terminate services at any time, but no refunds will be provided once work has started.
